With over 40,000 acres of water, 12,000 miles
of shoreline and 365 islands, Lake Vermilion
offers some of the most spectacular fishing
of the lakes of the Canadian Shield.

Though renowned as a premier Walleye lake,
Vermilion is considered by many to be
Minnesota's best-kept secret for both
Small and Largemouth Bass.

You'll find it to be an exceptional fishery for
Northern Pike and it is touted by the
"In-Fisherman" as Minnesota's up-and-coming
Muskie lake. The pan fisherman won't feel
left out though, as Vermilion's waters are
teeming with Crappie and Bluegill.

And, to top it all off, some of the best fishing
around is found only a few minutes from
Spring Bay!

BOAT RENTALS
We offer fully equipped fishing boats, complete for the family
or angler. If you would like a pontoon boat, we can make arrangements for you, and have the boat here on your arrival.

Weekly Rate: $400

Daily Rate: $80 (based on availability)

All boats are equipped with the following:
  • 30 HP Electric Start Yamaha Two Stroke or 25 HP Electric Start Yahama Four Stroke Outboards
  • Bow Mount Trolling Motor (Foot Operated)
  • Livewell
  • 3 Pedestal Seats

  • Carpet or Vinyl Floor

If you want to bring your own boat, we have the dock space!
There is a $60/week charge for the docking service.
