Policies
Additional Guests
Additional Summer guests are $25/day or $100/week. Additional Fall guests are $70 a day or $365 a week. The daily rate is 1/5 of the weekly rate. A minimum stay of 3 days is requested. (private estate rentals require a 7 night minimum).
Deposit Policy
A deposit of $350-$1250 per week is required for each cabin depending on size. Boat deposits are $250 to $450. We will hold a cabin for one week awaiting the deposit. You will be expected to pay for the time you reserved whether you stay the entire time or not.
Deposits are refundable only upon 90 days advanced written notice of cancellation and there will be a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the cancelled reservation.
No reservation will be confirmed without a deposit.
Sales Tax
All rates are subject to 7.375% sales tax and 3% lodging tax. Deposits are refundable only upon 90 days advance written notice of cancellation. No reservation will be confirmed without a deposit, cabins will be held one week while waiting for the deposit.
You will be expected to pay for the time you reserve whether you stay the entire time or not. There will be a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the cancelled reservation. The balance due on your cabin and other rentals is payable at the time of check-in.
Pet Policy: Allowed With Prior Authorization
In consideration of our other guests, we limit the number of pets on site. We require a $200 deposit which will be paid back one week after your cabin is cleaned/inspected by cleaning staff. Optionally, excellent boarding services are available in Cook. Please call us and we will be happy to provide you with complete information. Please be respectful of our pet policy.
